Estimates are measured by square feet in person, estimate given at time of inquiry. 

• For contracts exceeding a specified dollar amount, a 10% deposit is required.

• Please cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24hours in advance via email to avoid forfeiting your deposit.

• The final invoice amount will be determined based on the confirmed square footage.

• Additionally, a $15 Service Fee covering related expenses and products will be added to each invoice.

• Services will only be provided upon execution of a signed agreement.
